Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom Items: Dress To Go is a custom item and is not eligible for return unless it is defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service at service@dresstogo.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package’s return.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage in transit.
- Include: Pack your RMA number, your order number, and the reason for return inside the return package.
Refunds
- Time Frame: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, a one-time code for a Dress To Go custom design re-do will be emailed to you.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos to expedite the process. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases and offer a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
